Our Annual Fundraising Event Under the Big White Tent
Plowshares 13th Annual Empty Bowls is our signature fundraising event featuring locally hand crafted bowls, homemade soups and appetizers, local beer and wine, silent and live auction, and live music. Each year this event sells out, so purchase your tickets early. All of the proceeds from this event go to support Plowshares programs to fulfill our mission "that no one in our community go hungry".
In 2018 Plowshares expanded Meals on Wheels to provide a nutritious meal for our seniors 365 days a year. In 2019, we are excited to announce a new partnership with the SDA Homeless Ministries that will bring Saturday afternoon lunch service to the Plowshares dining hall. Your donations and support of this event make these programs possible.
